How long have you been in business?
Almost 10 years.
What is your primary product or service?
The company is divided in 2 divisions. The first focuses on providing Technology Support Services for small to mid-size businesses. This division provides a complimentary assessment of your environment and will make recommendations on how to improve your technology at very cost saving ways.
The second area provides application and web development for improving business processes. We look at your business and see if you are being held back due to technology. We often come up with efficiencies that allow you to improve sales, customer service and at times even cut staff.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and back in the mid 90's became very interested in technology and its impact on business and found many businesses were using the wrong technology and they were not moving forward on their great ideas due to technology. It immediately told me this was the business for me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the only IT services company that is customer service oriented. We are not driven by some revenue model. We figure if we provide the best service the rest comes easy. We will make you very happy.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 1 location centrally located in Saddle Brook, NJ. We are conviently located to Route 80, Garden State pkw, Route 4, Route 17. This makes us easy to reach any client in the tri-state area.
