Mission Statement and Training Philosophy:
Obedience training is the foundation of our relationship with dogs. I strive to build a rock solid foundation of Basic Obedience Training and to achieve the goal of a lifelong relationship for you and your dog. Each dog and each owner are individuals with different needs and personalities. People and dogs have strengths and weaknesses. I will teach you to build your leadership skills by exploiting your strengths and develop an awareness of weaknesses so that both can be used to your advantage. Dogs have an incredible ability to read and respond to human body language, tone of voice and state of mind. The foundation that we build is based on commitment to the task, educated leadership, mutual understanding and respect. My training methods are based on positive reinforcement and calm assertiveness.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I love Dogs, I love enhancing people's relationships with their dogs by teaching them basic training techniques
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Communication. Communication, Communication. Is that Clear enough? I work with the owner, the pet, the family and anyone else who has regular interaction with the dogs. I am always available to my clients by email, text messaging, Telephone. I don't have unhappy customers. I listen carefully to my customer's service requirements and do what it takes to give customers the service they expect. I set clear goals for customers to get the most out of the training and achieve their desired level of expectation. I make sure that expectations are realistic and explain how to achieve them with time and patience. I clearly explain the level of owner commitment necessary to achieve these goals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As many customer addresses as I can fit in my GPS system. Your location is my training facility.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I come to you. The only way for me to effectively train the dog and educate the humans is on your turf. I must see the dogs' surroundings and understand the dynamics of the home so that I can provide the best training and guidance.

Whenever I'm needed. I accommodate my customers needs as best as I can. I expect customers to be equally accommodating with scheduling.
