Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) specializes in sharing yoga and meditation with children of all ages. We use our own music produced by our founder, Haris Lender, along with games and activities to help children focus their minds and stretch their bodies all while having loads of fun. Sharon is a certified KAY teacher and 200 hour RYT and she loves to teach the KAY program to children.

I teach the Kidding Around Yoga program to children of all ages.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been a yogi for 15 years and I love working with children. Having a career as a children's yoga teacher provides the perfect blend of my two greatest passions.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) program offers outlined classes that include meditation, movement and relaxation. KAY uses original music along with games and activities to keep the children engaged. Birthday parties include a yoga class, a personalized yoga story and an arts & crafts project.
